Our Fall Concert on November 8, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Northside College Prep High School in Chicago. The Lakeside Pride Symphonic Band and Lakeside Pride Wind Ensemble will present "Harmony and Discord: The Struggle for Peace," a concert examining the contrasting ways war and conflict have been treated in music.
Special guest MC will be Eric Alva, the first soldier wounded in the war in Iraq.

Symphonic Band rehearsals are held in the auditorium of the The People's Church/Preston Bradley Center, located at 941 W. Lawrence in Chicago, just east of Sheridan Road.
